Why You chose to become a referee:

I was looking for a new challenge and wanted to stay involved in the game that I love. I also wanted to give back to the sport that gave me so many opportunities and allowed me to travel the world.

My mom – she may not be the sportiest person I know but she is definitely the strongest and she has motivated me to become the person I am today.

Advice for new recruits:

Every match will challenge you physically, mentally and emotionally in some way, stay strong and keep your head up. Mistakes happen – learn from them and move on.

Outside interests:

Playing Touch Rugby, stand up paddle boarding, surfing and spending time at home with friends and family.
